We are looking for candidates who are committed to learning and growing in their work environments. Requirements include strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail, food/wine/beverage knowledge, and a desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY MANDATORY SHIFT ON SUNDAYS. Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service
- A minimum of two years in fine dining
- Organization and multi-tasking skills
- An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to work as a team player
- The ability to dedicate a year towards a growth position
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage and a tip credit is taken when applicable. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc. This position requires OPEN AVAILABILITY- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends. We are a new concept in NYC serving Seafood, Sushi, and other Japanese fare; in a high end bar environment. Full menu and full bar offerings 6 days a week.
