Shift Hours: Day shift with slight variation of times according to appointments

Transportation Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with assigned tasks, including occasional toileting.
• Attend to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, adhering to instructions provided by supervisory staff.
• Assume responsibility for pushing residents in their wheelchairs and accompanying them on medical appointments. Must be able to push, pull, lift, bend, twist, and squat at times during the work day.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents, Grandview, and external facilities.
• Assist transportation scheduler and van driver as needed for resident transports.
• Caregiver experience preferred.
