Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Garden City, GA. The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication between departments. Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics and office operations Manage customer orders and maintain accurate documentation Update and organize records using Microsoft Excel and Outlook Communicate with warehouse personnel, vendors, and customers regarding shipments and order status Monitor order progress and resolve issues in a timely manner Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents Support the day-to-day needs of the warehouse office Maintain organized filing systems and accurate data entry Assist with additional administrative and logistics tasks as assigned Qualifications Previous logistics, warehouse office, or administrative experience preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
