This position supports the work of the Y; a leading charity committed to strengthening community. Program Instructors plan and implement lesson plans, ensure safety is observed and goals of the program are met, greets all participants and parents in a professional and friendly manner. MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School/GED. College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program preferred. Previous experience in coordinating recreational programs. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
