Duly Health and Care Geriatrics is seeking a APP(Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
