Maintenance Manager - Full Time

Role Overview The Area Maintenance Manager leads a maintenance team to ensure safety, efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develops maintenance strategies, manages preventative programs, supervises technicians and engineers, coordinates with external contractors, and monitors Material Handling Equipment (MHE) performance. Ensures adherence to safety protocols, fosters team growth, and responds to emergencies with quick, effective actions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience. Requires 4+ years of industrial maintenance, 2+ years of supervisory and CMMS experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include advanced certifications, project management, and experience with MHE systems.
