Accounting Analyst

About the role As a Senior Accounting Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in building scalable, well‑controlled accounting operations that support TQL’s continued growth. This position blends strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls and operational workflows. You’ll partner cross‑functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Billing, Sales, IT and other teams to identify opportunities, design solutions, and lead initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency and financial outcomes. This role offers high ownership, visibility and the opportunity to drive meaningful operational transformation. What’s in it for you $65,500-$95,000 base salary plus performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Employee discounts and additional perks Certified Great Place to Work with 900+ lifetime workplace awards Stability, growth and long‑term career development at a rapidly growing company Who we’re looking for You earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business analytics You have 3–5 years of experience in accounting, accounting operations, accounting operations analysis or a related role You have experience partnering cross functionally and leading initiatives from analysis through execution You have a strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and accounting reporting concepts You have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); working knowledge of SQL and PowerBI preferred You can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment You are a clear communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams What you’ll be doing Lead cross‑functional analyses to identify process gaps, control risks and efficiency opportunities across Accounting Operations (AR, AP, Billing, Treasury) Evaluate end‑to‑end workflows and implement data‑driven solutions that improve accuracy, working capital and scalability Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using Excel, SQL and PowerBI Translate insights into actionable plans, oversee execution and track measurable results Support and strengthen internal controls through documentation, SOPs and process improvements Contribute to enterprise‑wide automation, system enhancements and financial transformation initiatives Mentor junior analysts and support team development as the organization grows Where you'll be: 1701 Edison Dr, Milford, OH45150 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
