Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all New Narrative policies, procedures, and treatment protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Meet regularly with your direct supervisor to align on scheduling and client needs, adapting your schedule flexibly to meet the needs of varied client caseloads.
• Effectively manage case load through triaging priority tasks, delegation where applicable, and maintaining high service quality during peak periods.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional development, attending workshops, training, and other educational opportunities to enhance skills in accordance with licensing requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team's efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on providing mental health support to youth, who face a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics. Your role will involve developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and therapeutically guiding clients through their unique experiences. Your expertise will be essential in fostering lasting change and improving overall mental health outcomes for our young clients.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active professional license in Oregon as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle a diverse caseload effectively.
• A willingness to prioritize tasks to provide top-tier services consistently, even in high-volume settings.
• Ability to inspire and motivate youth by creating a positive and engaging therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a mental health outpatient setting, particularly with youth and their families.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrable skills in treatment planning and executing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD $100,000 to $105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
