Location: Watertown, NY 13601 Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (40 hours/week) Salary Range: $76,003.20 – $125,403.20 annually

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled allied health team in providing exceptional care to residents of our long-term care facility. As a full-time SLP, you'll play a vital role in improving quality of life through personalized evaluation and treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized Speech Language Pathology programs based on clinical assessments and physician referrals.
• Supervise and support speech therapy support staff as needed.
• May be required to float between Samaritan Keep Home and Samaritan Summit Village, our second LTC facility.

Qualifications:

• Active New York State license as a Speech Language Pathologist
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred (new grads considered)
