BluePearl Glendale is looking for an experienced and passionate veterinarian to join our talented team comprised of internal medicine, surgery and emergency veterinarians and paraprofessionals. The Kind of Person We're Excited to Work With:

• You possess the qualifications: A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.

• You're officially certified: Holding a valid state veterinary license

• You have an unwavering commitment to emergency care: Self-directed, committed ongoing learner and resourceful. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, compassion, and care.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment: You have a knack for multitasking and can skillfully prioritize in high volume environment.

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus:

• Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000-$220,000

• Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $50,000

This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital.
