We are seeking professional Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional fleet operating throughout the Northwestern states. This position offers a premium balance of steady miles, modern equipment, and predictable weekly home time for your 34-hour reset.
Compensation & Financial Perks- Average Weekly Gross: $1,130 – $1,500
- Mileage Pay: Competitive rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty).
- Hourly Supplemental Pay: $20.00/hour for detention and breakdown time.
- Onboarding: Paid orientation program included.
- Stability: Stable W2 employee status with consistent, year-round freight volume.
- Home Time: Home weekly for your standard reset period.
- Operating Area: Regional routes running strictly throughout the Northwestern states via an established network.
- Dispatch: Predictable dispatch with steady, reliable fleet support.
- Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight (Dry Van).
- Operation: High-efficiency, seamless drop-and-hook loads.
- Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.
- Safety & Comfort: Equipment is strictly maintained for maximum driver comfort, safety, and over-the-road reliability.
- Retirement Stability: 401(k) retirement plan with up to a $2,000 company match .
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days of paid vacation + 8 paid holidays per year.
- Health & Welfare: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent, verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Compliance: Must meet all standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
