**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 18 months permanent ICU experience - 1 year combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for is required (preferred to be within one location but not required) - One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Previous charge experience: None specified - Patient ratio experience: None specified - Charting system experience: None specified - Community hospital experience: None specified - Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience: None specified - Trauma Level I or II experience: None specified - Travel experience required: None specified **Certifications and Licensure:** - Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission. - AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Skills: None specified **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only. - Active certifications need to be in hand at the time of submission, pending certifications will not be accepted. - Nicotine-free requirement for all travelers except nurses and certified surgical technologists (CSTs). - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. - BG (Background) hits are reviewed, but no traveler with an open case will be accepted. - No license hits accepted by the facility. **Additional Information:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required, with a maximum of two attempts to pass. - Physical BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
