Social Media Intern

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a creative, meticulous Social Media Intern to amplify the brand voice and digital presence of Celltrion USA across our primary U.S. channels, with a core focus on LinkedIn. In this role, you will help communicate our mission of expanding patient access to innovative biologics and biosimilars by brainstorming, writing, and designing engaging, regulatory‑compliant text, image, and video content. You will assist in maintaining a strategic weekly/monthly social media calendar aligned with key company milestones, medical conferences, and corporate announcements. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Content creation: Brainstorm, write, and design engaging text, image, and video content for LinkedIn Platform Management: Assist in maintaining a weekly/monthly social media calendar Analytics & Reporting: Monitor our social channels, track follower growth, engagement rates to provide data‑driven recommendations Trend Research: Stay up to date with the latest social media algorithms, emerging platform trends, and competitor activity Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with multi‑function teams to guide social media assets through internal review and approval processes SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a strong eye for detail. Familiarity with social media management platforms and design tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite Ability to interpret platform metrics, Google Analytics, and engagement dashboards EDUCATION Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field. CORE COMPETENCIES Exceptional written and verbal storytelling tailored for B2B and healthcare audiences Strict adherence to accuracy, grammar, and regulatory compliance standards Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, medical, and marketing teams Agility to pivot strategies based on algorithm shifts or industry news Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.
