Meadow Falls Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team caring for our wonderful senior residents. If you enjoy building relationships, providing meaningful care, and working with a supportive team, this is a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Take and record vital signs
• Assist with daily care needs when necessary
• Document care accurately in resident charts
• Communicate with families and the healthcare team
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents
What We’re Looking For
• Current LPN License (Required)
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
