PRN RN Field AssessorWe are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Ridgefield, CT!As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you would be completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require you to obtain claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence.The assessment process also involves completing a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. More hospitals, physicians and families choose LHC Group, because we are united by a single, shared purpose: It's all about helping people.This position is not eligible for benefits.Required Qualifications:Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practiceCurrent CPR certificationCurrent driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the clientPreferred Qualifications:1+ years of RN experienceProven ability to work independentlyProven good communication, writing, and organizational skillsTarget Pay - $82,995 - $124,492 Hourly Pay Range - $39.90 - $59.85 Per Visit Point Pay Range - $47.88 - $71.82Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $36.98 to $81.63 per hour based on full-time employment.
