Restaurant General Manager - Ford's Fish Shack Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have an immediate opportunity for you to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager at Ford's Fish Shack! Ford's Fish Shack is more than just a seafood restaurant. We are known for our delicious Wicked Pissah Oysters, fresh-off-the-hook seafood, and providing an exceptional dining experience in Northern Virginia. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant and delivering top-notch service to our guests. Job Overview:
Work schedule
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing labor and costs
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Oversee scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels
