Department: History Job Summary: Provides administrative support to the planning and coordination ofday-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of adefined, program or set of funded activities. Programs are usuallyfocused to a single purpose, may be scientific, research,educational, or service oriented, and may exist as a subset of anintegrated funded program activity. Duties typically includeassisting with grant planning and administration, fiscal,budgetary, and/or other associated transactions, programimplementation and administration, internal and externaloperational/administrative liaison, programmarketing, andreporting. Job Description: Provide support to Program Coordination staff, assisting withgrant planning and administration, fiscal, budgetary, and/or otherassociated transactions, program implementation and administration,internal and external operational/administrative liaison, programmarketing, and reporting. Assists in or collaborate with others to develop, implement andmaintain lab and research systems and data collection systems orfacilities. Assists in program assessment and evaluation and helps todevise quality assurance check systems for program or project.
