- Interview candidates and match them with the right opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline of talent and move quickly to fill roles
- Stay proactive-great candidates don't wait
- Make outbound calls to local businesses
- Build new client relationships and uncover hiring needs
- Present solutions confidently and close opportunities
- Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and associates
