Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous forklift experience required Experience operating a sit-down forklift preferred Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus Ability to work independently and follow directions

Job Duties Operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and finished products Supply raw materials and components to production lines Move completed products to designated storage or staging areas Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies, plant procedures, and forklift operating guidelines Work closely with production teams to support workflow and productivity

Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
