Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a patient service center or client office in Bluffton, SC. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, providing customer service, and handling administrative tasks. The position offers Monday-Friday hours with rotating Saturdays and opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and process billing accurately
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Provide superior customer service and perform administrative duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or certification
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
