About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Program Management to spearhead the strategic and operational aspects of a pivotal oncology program. This role demands a strong leader with a deep understanding of drug development, particularly in the oncology space, and the ability to align cross-functional teams towards a shared vision. Key responsibilities include serving as the single point of accountability for the program, integrating diverse functional perspectives, and representing the program at executive and board meetings. The VP will also be responsible for managing critical paths, risk mitigation, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
