This is an opportunity to join a growing recruiting team at the ground level and play a direct role in helping us expand healthcare access for underserved senior populations across the country. Why This Role Stands Out Opportunity to help build and shape a growing recruiting team Direct exposure to leadership and recruiting strategy Fast-growing healthcare organization expanding nationally Tight-knit, high-performance culture Meaningful work supporting underserved senior communities Long-term growth opportunities as the company scales What You’ll Do Execute full-cycle recruiting for healthcare-related positions Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Manage candidate communication and recruiting workflows Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to track recruiting activity and pipeline progress Help improve recruiting processes, outreach strategies, and candidate experience What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive and ambitious Self-motivated with a growth mindsetComfortable working in a metrics-driven environment Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with high-volume outreach and recruiting activity Coachable with a strong willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-first mentality Able to be creative and bring innovative ideas to the team Preferred Background 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, staffing, or business development Experience with cold calling and lead generation Experience using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus, but not required Bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Mentorship and hands-on recruiting development Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization About Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is a family-founded healthcare organization delivering onsite dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services to senior communities across 26 states.
