Headset Technician

In this role, you'll assemble, inspect, and prepare FPV headset components used in real-world drone operations. This is hands-on, detail-driven work that demands consistency, focus, and strict adherence to work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A Day in the Life

• Assemble FPV headset components according to documented work instructions
• Perform repetitive, hands-on assembly tasks with precision and consistency
• Inspect individual parts and finished products to identify defects or quality issues
• Use hand tools and basic electronic testing equipment
• Meet daily production schedules and output targets
• Accurately document completed work, scrap, and rework
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Escalate quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies at all times
