Senior Coordinator, Orthopedics

About the Role Senior Coordinator, Orthopedics – Daily Operations. You support the specialized and complex order processing end‑to‑end for our orthopedic products, ensuring timely fulfillment, accurate documentation, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process and validate specialty orders in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Coordinate shipping and delivery with distribution centers and transportation partners to meet customer requirements while optimizing cost of service. Provide helpline support to associates, answering calls, addressing inquiries, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams. Troubleshoot and resolve customer escalations, lead root‑cause analysis, and communicate findings cross‑functionally. Address customer discrepancies related to data integrity, shipping issues, and trade pricing or promotional management. Offer coverage during operational customer service hours and, when needed, provide after‑hours support. Initiate and manage the return goods process, issuing call tags and partnering with the returns team to resolve issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, expanding skill sets and staying abreast of industry trends. Participate in and lead internal meetings as required. Maintain accurate, timely records of customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as GMP, SOX, DEA, FDA, and CAPA. Develop, update, and enforce SOPs and processes as requested. Complete all required trainings on schedule, including the “Train the Trainer” summit course to become a qualified trainer. Process deviation requests using the appropriate systems and notify relevant stakeholders. Conduct preliminary investigations for CSS‑generated deviations and alert teams of altered shipments, potential fraud, medical events, or complaints in a timely manner. Pull and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports; identify deviations or trends and take corrective actions. Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school graduate with a minimum of 3 years of customer‑focused experience; college degree preferred. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and serve as a subject‑matter expert in functional areas. Strong problem‑solving and analytical experience; demonstrated leadership and partnership building. Knowledge of Lean methodology and/or certification is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and internet navigation. Business knowledge of sales, marketing, e‑commerce, and finance. Employment Information Following the completion of our separation of the Orthopaedics business, the incumbent will become an employee of DePuy Synthes and will be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Benefits & Pay Transparency Anticipated base pay range: $55,000.00 – $88,550.00 (US).
