Server/Waitstaff

Job Description We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking server/waitstaff to join our team! The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and is committed to creating a great dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service Take accurate food and beverage orders Explain menu items and make recommendations Enter orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen and sushi bar Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to their needs Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas Complete assigned opening, daily, and closing duties Follow all restaurant policies, food safety standards, and service procedures Work as a team with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, sushi chefs, and management Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Able to work as part of a team Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods Must be at least 18 years old if required for the position's duties Schedule We are looking for candidates who are available for weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed . Flexible scheduling may be available for qualified part-time employees. Compensation Base hourly wage + tips Additional compensation and tip-sharing arrangements will be explained during the interview and will be handled in accordance with applicable Texas and federal law.
