Senior AI Product Manager – Technology & Experience

West Monroe is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Technology & Experience Practice within the Software discipline . This hands-on product role will help clients design, build, and deploy AI-enabled software and operational intelligence solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work side-by-side with engineers and client stakeholders, leading product workstreams from problem definition through deployment and adoption while applying AI across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to improve speed and quality.

What You Will Do

• Lead product workstreams from problem definition and discovery through development, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, backlogs, and priorities that incorporate AI and automation.
• Partner closely with software engineers and architects to shape solutions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and translate business needs into software that delivers measurable value.
• Lead Agile product delivery from concept to production, managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Shape and deliver AI-powered capabilities such as copilots, intelligent workflows, automation solutions, and operational intelligence products.
• Apply AI-assisted development approaches across discovery, requirements, prototyping, development, testing, documentation, and release planning.
• Drive client workshops, pilots, product adoption, and feedback loops to ensure solutions are actively used and delivering intended outcomes.
• Establish and monitor success measures such as adoption, cycle time, product performance, and business impact.
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations through effective quality assurance and proactive identification and mitigation of delivery risks.
• Contribute product, software, and AI expertise to client research, proposals, pursuits, and Software discipline assets.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs.
• Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technology consulting, software delivery, or related roles.
• Experience delivering software products in client environments and working closely with engineering teams from concept through production.
• Strong experience with Agile product delivery, backlog management, prioritization, and translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience incorporating AI/LLMs into products and familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or similar technologies.
• Ability to engage with engineers and architects on solution design, architecture, feasibility, and technical tradeoffs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and tooling across the SDLC.
• Experience with workflow automation, data platforms, operational systems, or AI-enabled software solutions preferred.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Ability to travel 25 to 50%.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
