Press Brake Operator- Day shift

Press Brake Operator Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press Brake Operator role in Boring, OR. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards. Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings based on material type and job requirements. Load and unload materials safely while maintaining efficient workflow and production schedules. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent product quality. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to maintain safe and efficient operation. Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Accurately document production data, completed work, and any quality concerns or equipment issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred. Experience operating CNC press brake machinery and reading blueprints strongly preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality inspection processes. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed. Compensation: $32$42/hour DOE (Depending on Experience). What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage.
