\n We are actively seeking physicians who want to build a long-term career and progress toward practice ownership.  For consideration of ownership, must be Board Certified, 6 months of experience with us and profitable.

Productivity-Based Compensation Model

• Starting base salary: $240,000  - with productivity that high earners exceed 500,000.

• Salary advances against individual productivity
\n
• Once profitable, compensation transitions to individual net profits after overhead and corporate expenses.
\n
• High performers are rewarded directly for productivity
