Manufacturing Operator - 4-Day Week, Weekly Pay (04274)

Location: Mechanic Falls, ME

Pay: $21-$27 per hour (+$3 for 2nd shift)

Schedules:

4-Day Workweek = 3-Day Weekends Every Week

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (+ $3 differential)

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

• Support automation processes and continuous improvement initiatives

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

• Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Conduct detailed quality inspections to ensure tight tolerances

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3 or more years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting

• Experience with lathes and automated equipment is Highly Preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to stand for 10hr shifts and lift up to 50lbs consistently
