We're looking for caring, dependable Certified Home Health Aides to join our growing hospice team in Hazlet, Englishtown, Howell, Freehold, Marlboro, Shrewsbury , and surrounding areas.

Current Openings - Full Time

• Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

• Tuck-In Shifts 4:00pm-8:00pm

Your Role as a CHHA

• Provide compassionate personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance

• Prepare simple, nutritious meals based on patients' dietary needs

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Document all care using Celltrak

• Report patient condition updates to RN Case Managers

What You Need to Join Our Team

• Active NJ CHHA certification in good standing

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to travel throughout Monmouth County
