IT Operations Specialist Our client, a leading organization in the technology and operations sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Technical Operations team supporting real‑time systems within a secure, onsite environment in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent documentation abilities, and practical experience in systems, networking, and operational workflows, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s mission to maintain and enhance live operational capabilities. Location: Scottsdale, AZ Pay Range: $52/hour + Benefits Responsibilities Shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions to ensure clarity and efficiency. Map technical processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance. Draft clear and comprehensive process documentation along with actionable improvement recommendations. Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to facilitate understanding and decision‑making. Qualifications Strong technical documentation and analytical skills to support operational excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Hands‑on experience in at least two of the following areas: Windows workstation support Real‑time operations or command‑center environments TCP/IP networking or systems administration Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting Experience working in NOC/SOC or equivalent 24x7 support environments is preferred.
