The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer service and safety, and the ability to work independently in outdoor environments. Responsibilities Connect/Disconnect accounts. Performs the same duties as Meter Reader as needed. Collection of Deferred payment arrangements with delinquent customers. Maintain accurate records of daily activity reports, collection reports, and delinquent accounts. Requirements Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Must pass a physical "Fitness for Duty" examination. Successfully pass the Meter Reader Competency Examination. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
