Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems AnalystBusiness Systems Analyst working in Core Banking technology reporting to an internal Technology governance leader:Highly analytical and has basic understanding consumer and commercial banking business and technical needsSynthesize cross-functional business requirements, agile Epics and partner with project teams to translate them into functional use casesPartner with SMEs to translate functional use cases to technical specificationsHas experience with working on waterfall and agile projectsHas experience documenting process workflows and scripting for automationIntegration of systems working with different teamsTesting validation supportCoordinating developers and understanding of architectural solutions across technologies and Core banking.Partner with SMEs to translate functional use cases to technical specifications and define/challenge technical solutionsInteraction with business and operations needed for requirements lifecycle managementTesting support/coordination roleStrong written and verbal communication skills: validating high level and detailed technical documentation / functional documentationExperience building queries and automating tracking dashboardsRequired skills:Fluent in English (written and verbal)Technical: SQL, JIRA Workflow Creation and maintenance.
