Role A Phlebotomist responsible for performing blood collections, specimen processing, and providing exceptional patient service in a healthcare laboratory setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups Collect specimens for various tests Accurately enter patient data Process billing Prepare specimens for testing Maintain logs Support administrative duties Travel to additional sites as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, or 3+ months of experience Preferred 2+ years of experience Strong customer service skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently or in teams Reliability Flexibility to work overtimeMust pass a color blindness test Additional Information The role involves working in Patient Service Centers or client offices, providing customer service, specimen collection, and growth opportunities.
