Schedule:

• 3x12 hour Day shifts
• 6:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
• Licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Wisconsin
• Previous experience working with adult patient populations preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care to adult patients following physicians’ orders
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as ventilator management, oxygen administration, and airway management
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families about respiratory therapy and home-care techniques
