What You'll Do: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of 5-6 roofing professionals Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the Lincoln metro area Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders Compensation & Benefits: Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure Partial premium assistance for health insurance 401k retirement plan option available Company vehicle and equipment provided Growth opportunities within expanding company Support from experienced corporate team Company truck provided All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period Requirements: What We're Looking For: 3+ years of leadership experience in construction or roofing industry Proven track record in team building and management Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and local building codes Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and ability to work in outdoor conditions Ready to lead Lincoln's premier roofing team?
