RN Coordinator – Overnight Shift | Full-Time
Schedule: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend & Holiday
Job Type: Full-Time

St. Luke Lutheran Community – North Canton is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator to oversee care during our midnight shift . In this leadership role, you’ll help ensure high-quality clinical care, provide supervision and support to our nursing team, and contribute to a positive and responsive environment for residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing care during overnight hours

• Ensure nursing staff follow established protocols, standards, and care plans

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration as needed

• Conduct assessments, participate in admissions, and review care plans

• Serve as a key point of contact for residents, team members, and clinical staff

• Monitor resident status, respond to concerns, and escalate issues to the Director of Nursing as necessary

• Participate in MDS assessments and interdisciplinary care team planning

• Support training and ongoing staff development

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio (required)

• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (required)

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking abilities

• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems

• Reliable, organized, and proactive
