Certified Lymphedema Therapist | In-Home Therapy
A clinician-led organization is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide specialized lymphedema treatment in a flexible home-based care model.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay-per-visit model: $69 per visit (OT CLT)
- Typical full-time clinicians complete 2430 visits per week
- Estimated annual earnings: ~$85,000 $100,000+ based on visit volume
- Visits typically range from 7085 minutes
- Mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate
- Productivity incentives available for exceeding visit targets

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders
- Develop functional treatment plans focused on daily living and independence
- Provide hands-on therapy and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist license
- CLT certification preferred or experience treating lymphedema
- Home health or mobile therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills

Tampa Bay: Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs
Jacksonville Area: Jacksonville, Orange Park
