Our Drivers help to aggregate the crude oil purchased from individual leases and then haul back to our pipeline injection points.This position will be located in Albert, Ok. Night Shift.Our drivers typically work a rotational schedule, up to 12-hour shifts with various day and night start times depending on location.Compensation Rates:Paid per barrel at $0.3328Paid per mile at $0.6535 cents$25.35 per hour for other work-related activities (New Employee Orientation, mechanical breakdowns, etc.)Night differential pay - $25.88 per night shiftBonuses:$2,000 Tuition Reimbursement (driving school graduates)$800 Quarterly Safety Bonus (with additional $800 at the end of the year)Annual Performance bonus*Must meet eligibility requirements for all bonusesBenefits:Medical and Dental Plan401k Retirement PlanDisability plansLife insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsTuition Reimbursement (subject to approval)Paid Vacations and HolidaysPrimary ResponsibilitiesSafely transport crude oil from lease locations to pipeline injection pointsAccurately test crude oil quantity and qualityMaintain tractor/trailer in accordance with all D.O.T. RegulationsRepresent Energy Transfer with professionalismProvide high level of service to customersAdhere to all company safety rules, policies, and proceduresMinimum qualifications :21 years of age or olderClass A CDL with tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (X) with no restrictionsMinimum of one-year verifiable truck driving oil field experienceORTwo years over the road driving experienceORGraduate of an accredited truck driving schoolOther Minimum Requirements:Clean driving recordAble to pass background check pursuant to local, state, and federal rules regarding transportation of hazardous materialsPass Energy Transfer's D.O.T. physical, drug screen, and obtain a D.O.T. medical cardPreferred Experience:Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experienceHandheld/computer experience
