We are now offering a $5k sign on bonus for full time day shift and $7k sign on bonus for full time night shift.****The Role Itself*** Assesses and plan patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.* Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.* Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.* Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.* Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.* Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Other duties as assigned**Who we are**Our team at ClearVista Behavioral Hospital provides professional, compassionate care for adults and seniors in need of behavioral health services in the Lorain, Oh area.
