Role At Mejuri, a Retail Stylist goes beyond sales, providing an exceptional personalized shopping experience. Responsibilities Customer STACK: Lead by example, validate the quality of the in‑store customer experience, communicate, train, and uphold expectations on the team for Mejuri’s Steps of Selling. Services: Ensure positive customer experience and promote services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings. KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%+). Operations Order Fulfillment: Participate in the back‑of‑house flow to support in‑store sales, phone sales or BOPIS, ensuring efficiency with packaging and order delivery standards. Storage & Organization: Support maintaining organizational integrity of back‑of‑house inventory and supplies. Systems & Technology: Ability to learn point‑of‑sale systems and other retail technology. Shrink: Mitigate internal, external and administrative loss of product. Escalations: Identify and elevate opportunities, gaps, risks and roadblocks to store leadership. Merchandising: Ensure brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness and functionality are upheld. Fixtures & Maintenance: Validate display tools, graphics, furniture and decor, notifying teams when items are missing or damaged. Efficiency: Flag, identify and act on any inefficiencies. People Engaging: Build healthy relationships with colleagues and establish a positive work environment. Employee Relations: Adhere to policies and compliance practices. Qualifications Ability to connect authentically with all customers, making them comfortable and encouraging return visits. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to deliver on customer needs and work as a team. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to suggest and style pieces for customers. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to deliver on customer and business needs effectively. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators including SPH, conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT. Attention to customer feedback, trends and ability to share insights with management. High attention to detail, strong organization, and initiative. Capacity to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
