Wellness Nurse

Role Wellness Nurse in a senior living community. Responsibilities Assess residents' health conditions and monitor their well-being. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Coordinate and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Document all care activities accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Promote safety protocols and infection control measures. Respond effectively to clinical changes and emergencies, ensuring resident safety. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff within a team-focused, resident-centered environment. Engage in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Compassionate, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and knowledge of clinical practices in senior care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Plan A Health
