Credence has an immediate opening for a Program Manager – Program Integration, Senior level, supporting AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The Plans and Programs Division supports the modernization and sustainment of Fighter and Advanced Aircraft (F&AA) capabilities for the U.S. Air Force and coalition partners. The division manages capability planning, technology integration, program oversight, and cross‑functional processes—including airworthiness, configuration management, system safety, and cybersecurity— from concept through fielding. It also develops future capability roadmaps in collaboration with Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOMs) and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in independently applying and demonstrating proficiency in program integration initiatives; investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, or evaluate solutions for program efforts; provide expert‑level issue resolution and recommendation support. Build and maintain business relationships between the program office, supporting Government offices, other contractors, USAF AFMC, AFLCMC, AFRL, Air Combat Command (ACC), AFGSC, and higher headquarters' mid‑to‑upper‑level staff to support F/B Capability Plans and Programs for the platforms. Participate in and represent the interests of the F/B portfolio of programs in the Service Core Function process; influence science and technology investment decisions supportive of the F/B portfolio. Utilize USAF MAJCOM expertise, ideally at HQ USAF, HQ ACC, or HQ AFGSC level, to understand broad war‑fighter requirements; analyze war‑fighter requirements with ACC and AFGSC; serve as key advisor to Capability Planning leadership on mission‑critical capability needs. Prepare, review, and coordinate relevant data and documentation for verbal and visual presentations of plan status at meetings such as IPT meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), TIMs, working groups, and conferences supporting the F/B portfolio. Conduct analytic identification of needs and develop requirements for potential materiel solutions; initiate high‑confidence acquisition programs via early systems engineering, early test and evaluation strategy development, technology and manufacturing maturity assessments, life‑cycle analysis, cost estimates, and early acquisition intelligence engagement. Identify and solve problems to influence science and technology investment decisions; develop and execute a collaborative process bridging war‑fighter‑identified capability needs to acquisition planning; support trade‑space evaluation of emerging capability needs, including system‑of‑systems assessments; assess technology maturity and risk drivers; incorporate life‑cycle planning from pre‑concept through disposal. Apply acquisition process expertise and policy matters—acquisition streamlining, integrated weapon systems management, manning, best practices, lessons learned—to assigned projects. Support and represent F/B interests in TIMs and working groups; act as liaison between user requirements and organic engineering activity; engage in Collaborative Capability Team activities. Conduct studies and trade‑off analyses for potential capabilities in future platform capabilities; apply science and technology principles to identify, research, and develop opportunities for life‑cycle capabilities to meet future needs or reduce life‑cycle costs. Provide capability planning support including technology solution sets, strategy, cost savings, and sustainment for the F/B portfolio.
