Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse, ensuring safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, evaluating outcomes and adjusting treatment to optimize patient safety and recovery.
• Administer physician and nursing orders promptly, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and advancing quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead discharge planning efforts, collaborating with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and effective post-acute care planning.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Experience in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) or similar critical care setting
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices and regulatory compliance standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with interdisciplinary care team collaboration and discharge planning
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives in a critical care environment
