MamaBare Sugaring Studio is growing, and we’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, and team-focused Sugaring Specialist to join our Port Orange team!

This position is ideal for a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist who genuinely loves helping people feel confident, enjoys working in a fun and supportive environment, and wants to build a long-term career—not just find another job.

No sugaring experience? That’s okay! We provide paid, hands-on training. Already experienced in professional body sugaring? Ask us about our sign-on bonus for experienced Sugarists.

What You’ll Do

As a MamaBare Sugaring Specialist, you’ll provide professional body sugaring and hair-removal services while creating an experience that makes clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

You’ll also:

• Build genuine relationships with clients and help them achieve their skincare and hair-removal goals
• Educate clients about sugaring, proper aftercare, and recommended products
• Recommend services, memberships, and products based on each client’s needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment space
• Help keep the studio running smoothly
• Support your teammates and step in where needed
• Participate in continued training and education

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

• Hold a current Florida Esthetician, Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology license
• Love working with and helping people
• Are friendly, confident, professional, and comfortable talking with clients
• Are dependable and take your schedule seriously
• Have a strong work ethic and take initiative without needing to be asked
• Are a true team player
• Are coachable and willing to continue learning
• Care about cleanliness and attention to detail
• Are comfortable performing intimate body-hair-removal services
• Want to build and retain a loyal clientele
• Are comfortable recommending products, memberships, and services when they benefit the client

Schedule:

This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as your clientele and schedule develop.

Availability during evenings and/or weekends may be required based on studio needs.

Sugaring Specialists

Paid, hands-on training: Consists of 2-3 weeks of paid hands-on training. You phase out of training and right into a full book, feeling confident and ready to take on anything.

We offer a highly competitive salary. Specialists start at an hourly rate PLUS 5% commission on ALL SERVICES! 10% commission on ALL PRODUCT sales. Take home your cash tips SAME DAY and receive your credit card tips on your bi-weekly paycheck. We offer a 401k with employer matching & telemedicine coverage at no cost to staff! Our books are FULL so you will not have to work to build a clientele.

We also have amazing opportunities as a front desk receptionist!
Some even transition into studio directors or sugaring specialists! We love to see our team members develop and grow!
