We’re looking for a driven and resourceful General Manager to lead business operations, optimize team performance, and execute the company vision. If you’re someone who blends big-picture thinking with boots-on-the-ground action, you’ll thrive in this leadership role. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and drive profitability • Track key performance indicators and adjust plans to meet business goals • Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices • Partner with leadership on planning, reporting, and long-term vision • Hire, train, and mentor department leaders and staff to foster growth and performance Qualifications: • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complexity • Ability to lead with integrity and motivate teams toward shared goals • Proven experience in a management or leadership role • Tech-savviness and comfort using management platforms or tools Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
