Manager, Business and Product Strategy

About The Role Reporting to Senior Director, Business and Product Strategy, the Manager, Business & Product Strategy will manage high-impact strategic projects across our brands that drive significant business impact and deliver exceptional value for our users. You Will Concurrently manage multiple business-impacting projects from conception to execution Manage cross-functional working groups, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with strategic goals Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to advance key projects Hold project teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables Use competitive research, financial models, data analysis to suggest strategic directions Partner with Business Intelligence teams to conduct in-depth data analysis, define KPIs, and establish robust tracking mechanisms for all projects Ideal Experience 5+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or product management Strong track record of leading projects from ideation to completion Experience working in digital media is a plus Deep knowledge of investing and the financial markets Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross‑functional partners without direct authority Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and build business cases Team oriented and collaborative with eagerness to help others Aspiration to be challenged and learn Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. This pay range reflects our good faith estimate for the role and may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. For bonus‑eligible roles, targets are determined based on multiple considerations, including market benchmarks and individual contributions.
