Senior Payroll Specialist

Position Overview Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks relating to the processing of payroll functions. These services will be delivered in a quality fashion consistent with the position's segments and standards. Performs payroll and scheduling system daily maintenance and configuration. Provides support to Payroll and Finance leadership for ad hoc assignments. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Payroll Primary Work Shift: Day Compensation Range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience You will be eligible for benefits if you are hired into a regular position with at least 24 scheduled weekly hours. ----- Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years involved in performance of payroll activities. Preferred: A.A.S. Degree. Formal payroll, bookkeeping or accounting education. Customer service experience.
