Job Description

I am looking for a Manager and 1-2 PT bartenders in my full-service restaurant. I would look at a PT manager. A full-time manager will be salaried. Bartenders get an hourly wage and tips. Tips are very good here.

Willie's Restaurant has been in Saint Paul Park, MN for decades, in the middle of the Hidden Harbor Marina. It's a nice casual restaurant. We sell about 50/50 ratio of food to drinks, and we have very good food.

Most of the time, the restaurant is staffed with one bartender and one cook, and the bartender also serves the tables. On busy nights we add a server, or overlap the shifts, or both. It's seldom too hectic.

My clientele is mostly regulars. I love them and you will. too.

We have a new Square POS system. It is easy to learn.
