Key Responsibilities

• Serve as charge nurse in a perioperative operating room setting, primarily during weekend shifts
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to OR nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Coordinate perioperative patient care activities to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations
• Act as a resource and point of escalation for clinical and operational issues within the OR

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year of current perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience
• Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing (CA RN License)
• Current CPR certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
• Two or more years of Critical Care experience
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
